Marimuthu Dhamodran

Mari joined the Zetland Fiduciary Group as General Manager Fiduciary Services in early 2001. He has earned Bachelor (Honours) and Masters Degrees in Commerce from Delhi University. Prior to joining Zetland, Mari previously worked in OCRA Worldwide as a Director in their Hong Kong office and has 15 years of management experience in finance and fiduciary services. He has extensive experience in providing management and administrative services relating to companies from various jurisdictions, corporate structuring, trusts, foundations and China market entry solutions.

Francis Chew

Francis is qualified to practise law in Singapore and New York. Before joining a leading independent trust company, he had been a practising lawyer with well known law firms in both Singapore and Hong Kong, specialising in tax and trust. He has lived and worked in Hong Kong for seven years and is responsible for the operations and development of the Company Secretarial Department in Hong Kong. His other focus is the marketing and development of Zetland's business and products in Hong Kong, Mainland China and Taiwan. Francis speaks fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese. His hobbies are travelling and hiking.

John Powell

John has a degree in international economics from Georgetown University and a Business Degree from Institute D'Administration des Enterprises in Nice. John has had a distinguished career in investment banking in London and New York. He is married to a Seychelloise and has one child.

John will be responsible for the Seychelles office and will spearhead Zetland's marketing efforts in Africa and surrounding areas.

Liza Ko

Liza joined the Zetland Fiduciary Group as Accountant in August 2005. She holds a Bachelor of Economics (Major in Accounting) and is currently a member of both the CPA of Australia and Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Liza has over ten years of experience in the field of accounting including four years in auditing of which two years was with a Big 4 professional service firm.

Anju Gidwani

Anju has joined Zetland Fiduciary Group as the General Manager of the Belize Office. She has over eight and a half years of experience in the offshore corporate services and banking industry in Belize. Anju will be responsible for administration and client account management for Zetland Belize clients and also promote Zetland's services in north and south America.

James Lee

James is a solicitor and holds a practicing certificate issued by the Law Society of England & Wales. His area of specialism is probate, trusts and litigation, he also a student member of the Society of Trustees and Estate Practitioners.

James studied law and Finance at the University of Humberside and from there, he attended the College of Law in Chester he then conducted his legal training in Liverpool. Upon completion, he ran a logistics firm in North Wales.

His hobbies are both playing and watching football and the First World War.

Tony Chan

Tony Chan has joined Zetland to head up our Corporate Finance Division. Tony joins us from Asia Pacific Investment Advisors where he was SFC licensed for corporate finance, advising in securities and asset management activities. Prior to this Tony has worked in offshore fiduciary services as well as offshore banking based in Hong Kong and covering the Greater China markets. Tony has a BSc and Masters in International Management from Strathclyde University in Scotland. Tony is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English (with an interesting Scottish accent).

Michiko Kawano

Micihko Kawano was recently appointed as General Manager of our Tokyo office.

Michiko has several years experience in customer service and investment advice. She will assume overall responsibility for administration and client account management for Zetland’s Japan based clients. She graduated with a degree in Economics from the University of Seinan in Fukuoka and is an Affiliated Financial Planner(AFP) in Japan.

Su Lee Chan

Su Lee joined Zetland Corporate Services (Singapore) in January 2009. She has more than 10 years of experience in the corporate secretarial profession, both in private and public listed companies. Her main duties include providing corporate services such as incorporation and establishment of legal entities in Singapore, and various offshore companies; secretarial, accounts, tax, compliance and administration of the portfolio of clients; and marketing Zetland products. During recent years, her scope of work has enabled her to gain experience in offshore structures, understanding and dealing with different tax treaties, which is one of the key areas in offshore business.

Su Lee is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, and has a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Southern Queensland.

Jack Wu

Jack Hua Wu has joined Zetland Fiduciary Group (Shanghai) as General Manager of Fiduciary Services. He has experience in budget planning and supplier relationships in a hospitality consulting firm in the U.S.A. He has a Master degree in Accountancy and a M.B.A degree from East Tennessee State University.

Jack’s professional goal is to help our China based clients expand their business worldwide and at the same time, provide services to clients from around the world, setting up new business ventures in China.

Kevin Nosib

Kevin is a qualified barrister in England and Wales. Before joining Zetland, he worked in Bermuda for a leading offshore law firm where he was a lawyer in the Private Client department. He gained significant exposure to international trusts as well as carried on developing his expertise in the areas of company law and funds (corporate funds, limited partnerships and unit trusts). Prior to Bermuda, he spent four years as a lawyer at another leading offshore law firm, initially in their Jersey office and then in their London office. In the Jersey office, Kevin's focus was on general company law as well as banking law. In the London office, in addition to company law, Kevin gained significant exposure to Cayman Islands funds. He assisted in all aspects of such funds whether in their set-up or their termination as well as in all matters relating to suspensions and redemptions or general corporate issues. Kevin has also worked for leading international law firm, Lovells (now Hogan Lovells).

Kevin holds 2 law degrees, one from King's College London and another from the Sorbonne in Paris.

Kevin's role will be to service the firm's European client base.

Kevin is bilingual in French and also speaks Hindi and Urdu fluently.

His hobbies include football, squash, travelling and all things France-related.

David Green

David Green was recently appointed in April 2011 after completing a successful period of internship with Zetland Corporate Services.

David is a recent graduate from Leeds Business School in the UK where he graduated in Business Economics. His background is Finance and Investment based and has undertaken several internships at very reputable London Investment firms.

He will be responsible for administration, co-ordination, promotion and client account management for the Hong Kong Family Office and be actively involved in the development of Zetland across South East Asia.

Priscilla Quang

Priscilla is a qualified French lawyer and recently joined Zetland in June 2011.

Priscilla holds two Law degrees, a Master from Paris X University and a LLM from Golden Gate University, CA. Before joining Zetland she has undertaken several internships at leading Law firms both in France and Hong Kong.

She has experience in IP and Corporate law.

Priscilla is bilingual in French and also speaks Vietnamese and Spanish fluently.

Yumiko Kato

Yumiko has joined Zetland as a General Manager of Japanese clients and Japan liaison. She will be responsible for the marketing and business development of the Japan operation in conjunction with Tokyo office.

She has a Bachelor degree in Intercultural Communications from Nanzan University in Nagoya.

Yumiko has extensive experience in the management role and worked for US, European and Japanese firms.

Prior to joining Zetland, she worked as a Relationship Manager for a large investment advisory firm in Tokyo.

Yumiko is fluent in Japanese, English, Cantonese and she has a fair knowledge of Korean.

Evelyn Muringo

Evelyn joined Zetland to act as the representative in Africa and will actively be involved in marketing and developing Zetland Group’s business and products. She will be responsible for the Nairobi office.

Evelyn has a degree in Social Studies from Moi University and holds CPS qualifications from the Kenya Accountants and Secretaries National Examination board. She has experience in marketing and customer service and worked for reputable Multinational Companies.

She is fluent in Swahili and English.
