Clients of Zetland can login to our extranet and exclusive of all others, can access the electronic files of documents maintained on their companies. Documents available for downloading or review include- share certificates, business registration documents, registers of shareholders, directors and company secretary, loan agreements, bank statements, etc.

The Zetland extranet makes it possible to review the documentation relating to changes in company structure, bank account authority, registration with government authorities, etc, as and when it becomes available.

An extranet requires security and privacy and this is maintained through firewalls, server management and the issuance and use of digital certificates.
